PPOMO was born in South Korea no the 23rd of February in 1992 making her 26 years old as of January 2020, soon to be 27 in a month or so. PPOMO ASMR created her YouTube channel in October of 2013 and unlike many ASMR Ytoutubers who initially start out with the attention of creating ASMR content, she in fact posted gaming content to her channel at first. Under the original username of POMODOLI, she posted walkthrough videos for games like Bioshock, Fear and Alan Wake. Pelagea, an ASMR YouTube star, was born in Germany on December 20th in 1993 - which makes her 26 years old as of January 2020. Even when compared to the likes of Gibi ASMR and FrivolousFox ASMR , who are arguably more known publicly but have a far smaller subscriber count. Before starting the SAS ASMR YouTube Channel and soaring to ASMR YouTube Fame, SAS Worked as a bartender in Canada. She then decided to get into ASMR for the same reason as other popular ASMRtist do - it helped improve her sleep and day to day mental state significantly. I've recently gone over some of the best female ASMR creators from the community in a previous article. Today I want to cover their male counterparts as there are also so big male names in this space which are just as liked and appreciated as female creators. Now if you've read anything on this site, you'll know I prefer female ASMRtist as generally their voices are much more soothing to me and I feel far more comfortable listening to them. So my watch time with some of these male ASMR creators is very minuscule, but don't worry, a few of my ASMR friends have helped me out with this one. Females are heavily dominant in the ASMR community, and I think this is because a lot of the enjoyment from ASMR has something to do with whispering and generally female creators are better at this than their male counterparts.
